The Role:
Carrot is seeking a Lifecycle Marketing Manager to develop and execute multi-channel lifecycle nurture programs to drive engagement and surface MQLs within net new employer prospects accounts. This newly-created role will be responsible for understanding the buyer journey, defining landmarks along the way, and executing and reporting on programs that drive deep engagement. While email and digital marketing will be a major component of this role, we’re looking for people who have multichannel experience. Additionally, you will run programs to generate new leads and support our ABM team in efforts to nurture top accounts. The ideal candidate has an entrepreneurial spirit, a passion for health and technology, and a successful track record driving user engagement and retention. This role will report to Carrot’s Director of Demand Generation.

Compensation:
Carrot offers a holistic Total Rewards package designed to support our employees in all aspects of their life inside and outside of work, including health and wellness benefits, retirement savings plans, short- and long-term incentives, parental leave, family-forming assistance, and a competitive compensation package. The expected base salary for this position will range from $103,000 – $141,000. Actual compensation may vary from posted base salary depending on your confirmed job-related skills and experience.
