With BBC’s Dragons’ Den back for its newest season, many might be wondering where the popular show is filmed.
The TV programme, which sees aspiring entrepreneurs pitch their businesses in the hopes of investment, has had dozens of locations throughout its run.
Dragon’s Den, which stars Steven Bartlett, Sara Davies, Deborah Meaden, Peter Jones, and Touker Suleyman, has been on UK screens since 2005.
With all this said, here’s where Dragons’ Den is filmed as well as its previous locations over the last 18 years.

As of 2018, the popular business reality TV show has been filmed at the Old Granada Studios in the city of Manchester.
The Granada studios, formally the headquarter of Granada Television (later known as ITV Granada), closed in 2013 before most of the studio spaces were reopened.
However, in October 2021, the BBC announced that the show’s production would move from Manchester to the Scottish city of Glasgow.
At the time, the managing director for factual entertainment and events production, Hannah Wyatt said: “I’m sure Scottish talent will bring new perspectives and ideas and our Glasgow hub is shaping up to be one of our most productive and creative bases.”

While the ‘den’ has been stationed in Granada for the last five years, it has had dozens of locations throughout its run.
The show has always had an industrial feel, largely being filmed in various warehouses.
Originally, the show was filmed in a furniture depository in Stoke Newington before being forced to move to a disused woolhouse when the old location experienced nearby construction.
However, the owner of this woolhouse soon converted the building into flats, forcing the den to move once again.
Dragons’ Den then moved to Tanner Street for the next few series before moving to Pinewood Studios and then later to MediaCityUK in Salford Quays.
From 2015-2017, the show was filmed in Space Studios Manchester before finding a home in its current location at Granada.
Dragons’ Den airs again on Thursday, January 12 at 8 pm on BBC One and BBC iPlayer.
