Wendy's football wager: Free chips if England beat USA today – Ilford Recorder

A burger chain may be dishing up free chips today in either England or the USA, depending on who wins today’ World Cup Match.
Fast food chain Wendy’s is inviting football fans to follow @Wendys and @Wendys UK on social media for some “pre-match banter” with supporters across the pond.
If the England team wins today’s match, the offer of free chips will be live straight after the match and on Saturday (November 26) from lunchtime until closing.
All you need to do is go into any Wendy’s UK restaurant and you will get free fries with your purchase.
You can find your Wendy’s in Reading, Stratford, Oxford, Croydon, Romford, Camden, Brighton, Ilford, Maidstone and Sutton.
The offer of free chips is in-restaurant only but Wendy’s is available via delivery for those who want the ultimate match-watching take-away.
Wendy’s delivery is available in restaurant locations and Greater London, Birmingham and Manchester via UberEats, Just Eat and Deliveroo.
