Redeye is hiring a full-time Marketing Project Manager located in Los Angeles, CA. This position is responsible for providing label partners with strategic guidance and marketing expertise in the ever-changing global marketplace. The Marketing Project Manager oversees an assigned roster of labels and works with label contacts to manage long lead planning for new releases, catalog and tour events, and label branding. They create robust and bespoke marketing plans for priority release campaigns that address all segments of a label’s business with Redeye. They work closely with label representatives and Redeye’s marketing and sales team to execute all facets of marketing plans to ensure each campaign’s success. The main focus of this position is to provide label partners with a comprehensive marketing strategy for new releases, catalog events, and other key label campaigns.

Compensation And Benefits:
Redeye offers competitive wages and has adopted a Living Wage program per guidelines established by the county in which it is headquartered (Orange County, NC). Redeye offers a comprehensive benefits package to full-time employees including paid time off (PTO) and, following an introductory period (90 days): eligibility for a host of other benefits such as medical, dental, vision, flexible spending account, short- and long-term disability, life insurance and more. Eligibility for participation in the 401(k) retirement plan requires one year of employment.
