SNIPES, a sneaker and streetwear company, names Rich Foster as CMO. Foster was most recently VP of marketing at Epic Records where he led and created digital and traditional marketing campaigns for Giveon, 21 Savage, Rick Ross and Travis Scott. He previously served as digital marketing director at Warner Music Group, senior social media manager at Exposure and digital content specialist at Combs Enterprises, the agency owned by Sean “Diddy” Combs. In his new post, Foster will lead SNIPES’ integrated marketing team, working to create authentic connections with the diverse consumers and communities who interact with the brand. “Foster’s background and proven track record in music and entertainment, coupled with his keen understanding of sneaker and streetwear culture will make him an integral part of shaping the future of SNIPES as we continue to innovate,” said SNIPES president of US operations Jim Bojko.
NINICO Communications promotes Sarah Farrant to VP. Farrant joined the agency in 2018 as content director and head of strategy. She previously held editorial and marketing positions at IDEC USA, Silicon Valley Biz Ink and JDR Microdevices. In her new position, Farrant will oversee messaging, campaigns and strategy for clients and the agency across its San Jose and Los Angeles offices. “Sarah has been instrumental in the acceleration of NINICO,” says agency president & CEO Nicholas Adams. “She has an outstanding ability to bring people and ideas together.”
Ellucian, which provides technology solutions for colleges and universities, brings on Susan Morrow as CMO. Morrow joins Ellucian from Salesforce, where she led a team of education technologists as general manager, Education Cloud. She previously served as vice chancellor of innovation for a nonprofit university system. At Ellucian, Morrow will lead all aspects of its global marketing organization including brand marketing, global campaigns and demand generation, events, field marketing, solutions marketing and marketing operations. “Susan’s energetic style paired with her success developing customer relationships, mobilizing high-performing teams, and accelerating revenue opportunities will supercharge our marketing team,” said Ellucian president and CEO Laura Ipsen.
