●The Frayed Pages Publishing and Business Manager will work closely with all FP staff and third party partners to identify best practices and manage the timelines for deliverables.
●Identify, hire and manage freelance professionals (editors, designers, digital marketing strategists, performance marketers, translators, etc).
●Review financial statements for the publishing division, establish royalty reporting for acquired and published Frayed Pages authors. Liaise with FP’s accounting firm to ensure accurate and timely payments.
●Prepare seasonal and annual budgets for content acquisition, translation and co-pub marketing and production expenses.
●Prioritize and coordinate the clear articulation of needs for the publishing program.
●Manage fully executed publishing contracts covering print, electronic, audio and other rights.
●Prepare copyright applications and make arrangements for publishing insurance for FP authors.
