A team from Dakota State University placed second in a national cyber security competition over the weekend.
DSU’s team battled against nine other teams to win second place in the National Collegiate Cyber Defense Competition presented by Raytheon Intelligence & Space in San Antonio over April 21-23.
Students managed and defended networks while fending off hackers. More than 1,500 competitors from 171 schools across the U.S. participated in the nation’s largest competition of its kind.
