Another week of college football brought more chaos to the Big 12 Conference.
Oklahoma was stunned in Norman by Kansas State, while Texas lost to Texas Tech in overtime. The loss to the Red Raiders dropped the Longhorns 19 spots in USA TODAY Sports’ updated re-rank.
Kansas is continuing their hot start to the season with a 4-0 record and climbed 12 spots over the last week. The Jayhawks will likely be ranked in many Top 25 polls next week if they’re able to pull out a win against Iowa State this weekend.
Oklahoma State appears to be the best team in the Big 12 up to this point in the season. However, the Cowboys will have to face Baylor in Week 5 which is expected to be one of the top games of the week.
Here’s a look at where each Big 12 team landed in USA TODAY Sports’ updated re-rank this week.
