1. NIST – Healthcare Cybersecurity Guidance: NIST has updated its cybersecurity guidance for the healthcare vertical.
2. AWS Cloud Vulnerability Management: Axonius now integrates with Amazon Macie, Amazon GuardDuty, and AWS SecurityHub. The new integrations “will help customers to better understand and manage vulnerabilities across their Amazon Web Services (AWS) infrastructure,” Axonius asserted.
3. Secure Government Cloud Services: VMware has achieved Federal Risk and Authorization Management Program (FedRAMP) High Authorization through the Joint Authorization Board (JAB) for VMware Government Services, which includes VMware Carbon Black Cloud and VMware SD-WAN on AWS GovCloud (US).
4. Partnership – Google Cloud Security and Healthcare: Google Cloud is partnering with Health Information Sharing and Analysis Center (Health-ISAC) — a community focused on “sharing timely, actionable, and relevant information with each other—including intelligence on threats, incidents.”
5. SMB Security Operations – Stating the Obvious: Most SMBs last 24/7 security operations to detect and respond to threats, according to a Forrester Research study commissioned by Pondurance.
