Label & Marketing Manager

Salary: £35k – £40k, minimum 3 years experience

We are looking for an experienced and passionate label & marketing manager who will coordinate and manage our frontline releases and oversee the workings of our record label.
The successful candidate will have a track record of overseeing and delivering successful frontline releases and relevant experience in all aspects of campaign management for emerging and established artists.
The candidate will have experience in coordinating internal and external teams including creative, promo, marketing, A&R, sync & more, ensuring campaigns are executed to the highest standards whilst adhering to timelines and budgets.
The candidate will have experience in developing and identifying other label revenue opportunities within D2C, live, brand, gaming, sync and other non traditional artist opportunities.
The candidate must be digitally savvy and have proven experience within music marketing and audience strategy. Knowledge of the Web3 landscape is a bonus.
The candidate will also have experience in the backend of a label and will oversee structured data collection, reporting and PRO registrations.
