As the Manager, CRM & Customer Analytics you will be responsible for managing the success of customer segmentation and communication management, setting the strategy for CRM, evaluating cohort data and engagement metrics. The successful candidate will be well-versed in working in a retail landscape, and collaborating with cross-functional teams, business partners and channel execution groups to define and develop multi-channel programs with proper implementation and measurement.
An employee in this position can expect an annual starting rate between $100,000 and $125,000, depending on experience, seniority, geographic locations, and other factors permitted by law.
